BOMBPROOF DRIVETRAIN

Material: - Titanium grade 9 (3Al/2.5V)
Gearbox mounts, international Pinion Standard.
Headset Size: - Top cup = IS 42 , Lower cup = IS 52
Rear Axle: - 12 x 197mm (Bolt through axle included).
Seat Post Size: - 31.6mm
Seat Clamp Size: - 34.9mm (Included)
Dropper Post: - Internal Stealth cable routing.
Internal cable routing (Guided).
Pannier rack mounts.

Frame features you need to know
SLIDING DROPOUTS
All our Pinion frames come with sliding dropouts for tensioning the chain. (We don't use Gates drive belts)
HEADSET TYPE
Integrated headset size IS42 top and IS52 lower. This type of headset does not require cups to be pressed into the frame as the bearings sit directly into the frame.
REAR HUB TYPE
The Ti Pin takes a 12 x 197mm rear hub as standard. (You can request a 177 x 12mm rear hub spacing if you wish)
DROPPER POST
The seat post size is 31.6mm and the frame can take an internal dropper post, the cable routing exits the frame just above the gearbox then is guided internally up the down tube, making it super-easy to maintain and fit.
FORKS
The Ti Pin is designed around a rigid fork with an axle to crown measurement of 483mm. If you wish to fit a suspension for we recommend travel between 100 and 120mm
Recommendations include the Wren or Mastodon suspension forks, The Salsa Kingpin for the rigid option as it has cage mounts and suits the geometry of the frame.

BOTTLE MOUNTS
The standar frame comes with 3 bottle/cage mounts.
REAR RACK MOUNTS
All frames now come with rear rack mounts as standard.
INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING
Frames come with fully guided internal cable routing (No bits of loose pipe) as standard for the main triangle. They will take outer gear and hydro hose.
ENGRAVED HEAD BADGE
All our titanium frames come with an engraved head badge.
